Our UK Delivery Policy

All orders for standard items displayed in our online shop are shipped within 72 working hours (3 working days) of the order being accepted.
Standard postage is included in our online prices for UK delivery.
We use Royal Mail First Class tracked Post as standard to provide a quick and efficient service.
Normal delivery time is 1 to 3 working days from the date of shipment.
Every shipment that we send is tracked and we provide a tracking number so the item can be tracked at www.royalmail.com
We can also offer courier services if you require faster delivery - please contact us to ask for a quotation.

Our EU (European Union) Delivery Policy

Our International Delivery Policy

Please note that international deliveries are also very fast but may take a little longer than usual depending on the destination country.

Please be aware:

It is out of our control if orders get delayed due to postal strikes or alike with Royal Mail.
For all orders please ensure you select a delivery address where it can be signed for between 08.30 - 17.30 hrs Mon to Fri.
Any parcels accepted to be left at an address without a signature will be at the customers own risk.
We are not liable for any Customs duties or import taxes which may be found to be due on a order.

Returns Policy 

Any claims for damage, faults and mis-shipped items must be made within 7 working days of receipt of goods.
All goods remain the property of Dolphin Maritime Software Ltd until paid for in full. Risk passes to yourself on delivery.
Goods are not supplied on a trial basis. Where the purchaser does not want the goods they can only be returned by prior agreement.

If you believe that there is a problem with a product that you have purchased from us then please do contact us. Many problems can be fixed quickly and easily. This does not affect your statutory rights.
All standard software programs include our free lifetime worldwide user support service by e-mail, mail, telephone and fax.

If you are a resident of the EC (European Community), then under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any of our standard products within 7 days of delivery. This period applies to all of our standard products purchased by distance selling (distance selling is where no face to face contact takes place between buyer and seller). This period does not apply to customised products.

However, we regret that we cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of software products, tapes, video, DVD, audio and video game products where the item has been unsealed. To cancel the contract for purchase you must inform us in writing , by either e-mail, fax or letter, giving the reason for the return as "Contract cancellation". Whereupon we will issue you with a returns number. All returned goods must have a valid returns number.

You must take reasonable care of any goods that you wish to return, so that they may be sold again as new. Please package the relevant item securely and send it to us with the delivery documents so that we receive it within 7 working days of the date that the item was delivered to you. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. If we do not receive the item back from you with the delivery documents, we may arrange for collection of the item from your residence at your cost. You should be aware that, once we begin the delivery process, you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for services carried out by us (for example, postage and packing, and gift wrapping). As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of a contract for purchase, together with the returned goods , then we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item within 30 days of receiving your notice.

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
